Roadtrip in Dec from NJ (4 days)

Hi

I am in NJ, planning for a road trip for 4 days. Could you please suggest the right route? (considering the winter conditions)

I'm sorry, but how can we tell you the right route, when we have no idea where you want to go? There are millions of possibilities of places you could go within 4 days from Jersey, but you've given us nothing to go on.

What are you looking for and what do you hope to get out of your trip?

We can't even begin to answer you unless we know where you're planning on going! with two days available each way, you've pretty much got the entire eastern United States at your disposal.

Hi, Sorry I missed my interests..Myself and my wife are planning for this. Willing to go around historic places and beaches..looking for a trip between Christmas and New Year..
Did some googling and found places like NC,GA..But not sure which one to choose on..

Let me know your thoughts.Thanks in advance..

Washington DC immediately jumped out at me when you mentioned "historic places". With Mt Vernon, Colonial Williamsburg and so many civil war sites within reach of DC, that seems logical to me.

To get to a beach with warm weather at that time of the year, you'd need 2 days down and 2 days back up just to get to Florida...so with 4 days total that wouldn't be worthwhile. Unless, of course, I misunderstand you and you have more than 4 days for your trip?
