Hi, and Welcome to the Great American RoadTrip Forum.
You will find that scenic routes are marked on all maps, either hilighted, or with a dotted line along the route. If you have the maps of all three States, or a road atlas, you can pick the scenic routes.

Just done this road trip. The Islands are an item on their own so I shall just cover the trip down from Seattle and loop back to Seattle.
Keeping it basic the route ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, along 101 to Port Angeles , past mountain and lakes in wonderful sunny weather stopping at Kalaloch which is just south of Forks.
Down to beautiful coast line through WA and in to Oregon stoping at Cannon Beach.
Then on to Florence , for July 4th and lots of fireworks. Next stop Bandon a great stop. Glorious coast line scenery along the way.
From there went the Gold Coast. And across Bear Camp Road to Grants Pass. That is a route with beautiful scenery along the Rogue River but it is a single high up road that needs all your driving skills.
To see the redwods you would need to go further south on the 101 to Crescent City and then round to Grants Pass. Stay and take a jet boat up the Rogue River.
From Grants Pass to Bend, via Crater Lake. A small detour but well worth it.
At Bend up to the Columbia Gorge, pick your place in this very scenic setting. The journey from Bend is scatter with snow top mountains and helps if the weather is good.
The last lap from the Columbia Gorge to Seattle has options of ST Helena and Mt Rainier.
Ten days not a long time but doable. Have a great trip.
