Hello and welcome to the RTA forums !
If it is a return journey, you could look at 2 different routes their and back but with no information, such as your interests and how long you have to make the trip, it's impossible to make meaningful suggestions.
Have a look around the RTA site, with a good map to hand, and find places that sound of interest to you. Once you have made a start, I am sure that it will be easier for other members to offer you advice, suggestions and help to "fine tune" your trip.

Oh sorry for not posting more info. but but we were thinking about 7-10 days probably. as far as things to see we are really interested in anything. parks, beach, really anything.
