I have a 1995 Chevy G20 Conversion van that has an Analog T.V. On 06/12/09, all television channels will be converted from Analog to Digital. I am afraid that once this takes place, I will no longer be able to use the vans T.V. anymore.
Are there any devices that will convert from Analog to Digital signals for vans and R.V's

Yes there are converter boxes available. These are the thing that the government is giving away $40 coupons for. With the coupon, the converter should cost less than $20.
This assumes you have a source of AC power in your van. If you only have 12vdc, you need this box and this adapter.
That is the only vendor I can find who has that converter in stock, and they do not accept government coupons.
or you could just buy a cheap power inverter, which would cost less than that adapter, and then you could still purchase any of the many converter boxes that are eligable for the government coupon.
I really hadn't thought about all of the analog TVs now in RV's. Yeah, that's going to be a very interesting transition for a lot of RV'ers. And for RV rental firms. This is far more complex an issue than I thought.
