NY to SF in 15 days in RV, is it possible?
Hi guys,
You have set up a great tool and it is wonderful to read all the good advice.
My wife and I are planning to take our one year old kid for two weeks trip at the end of December (in three weeks) in a RV from New York to San Francisco. We would like to take a southern route so we can stay relatively in warmer climate.
I would appreciate the audience suggestions/recommendations on:
1. Suggested route (less highways, more attractions that can be done with a small kid including short walks)
2. Is the allotted time feasible?
3. Any recommendations on information sources to look at.
Thanks in advance and I look forward to reading your feedback, Best, Ranan
Don't forget National Monuments

When working on your route -- consider adding some national monuments in the mix -- less people, same amazing scenery.
Here are a couple of examples:
Monuments v. National Parks
Nearby wonders to the Grand Canyon.
