Atlanta to Miami through

Hey there,
We are 2 guys visiting the US for a business trip this Thursday, and from Friday,Well, we have 3 days to make it from atlanta to Miami beaches.
Since we are not from the US, we'd appreciate any help with planning this trip.
Any nice places to stop by besides Cape Canaveral?
Does anyone know how long does it take driving?
Any nice place to stop by on the way, maybe a typical American town we can spend the night with nice bars, clubs.
We're Looking for great partys, maybe something out of the ordinary on the way,Whatever goes for us.

Well, It's just over 660 miles from Atlanta to Miami, so just getting there is going to eat up a sizeable portion of your three days. I'm assuming that you have three days total and will be flying out of Miami on Sunday evening, No? That's gong to take you around 10-11 hours of driving, plus any touristy stops you make along the way. So let me suggest that you make a stop on the way down in Daytona Beach. While not exactly a "typical American town", it is a quintessential party beach town where American college students congregate every spring in an annual mating ritual called Spring Break. Lots of bars, clubs, and an amazing beach that you can still drive on - and it's free in December and January (normally $5).

That would set you up for your second day's drive down the coast past Cape Canaveral (nothing scheduled for launch until next year, unfortunately), and possibly a visit to Lake Okeechobee or the Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge for some nature other than beach.
