Big Bone Lick is far more than a park with an unusual name. The Park is a National Natural Landmark in an area that was once home to prehistoric creatures like Mammoths and Mastadon. The Park features a museum showcasing the artifact that have been found here. The park is also home to a Bison herd, and miles of hiking trails. There is also a campground, which can provide an excellent base for exploring Cincinnati.
