      One of the loveliest drives in the entire Grand Canyon National Park is the 15-mile Cape Royal Road that winds its way through the woodland of the Walhalla Plateau. Towards the end of the drive a spectacular fin of limestone rock juts out into the canyon; the arch underneath this fin, caused by natural erosion is known as Angel's Window.

      If you go:
      A easy half mile trail offers excellent views and actually leads out to a viewing point at the end of the fin.
