There are many establishments around the country calling themselves Doc Holliday's. But this quaint cowboy-themed saloon has the distinction of being located in the building where the legendary gunfighter once practiced dentistry. In the town where he was born and allegedly is buried. The basement is no longer open, but if you can manage to wrangle access to it, it's like a museum of western memorabilia, with walls lined with photos, boots, spurs and other such items. And of course if you're into country style saloons, there is food, drink, music and merriment upstairs.

      If you go:
Open 5 PM to 2 AM during the week, and until 3 AM on weekends. Thursday is open mic night.
