Acro Enso - Reno, Nevada

If you're going to be in the Reno area for a while and you are in the mood to challenge yourself physically and mentally and get in shape while doing it, you might give Acro Enso a try. A large multidisciplinary facility, Acro Enso offers classes in a wide variety of disciplines, including yoga, martial arts, dance, acrobatics, juggling and clowning skills, and more. It''s one of the few places where you can try out the Cyr wheel, which is like a huge ring resembling a hula hoop but large enough to stand inside and try out some fancy balancing and spinning stunts once you work your way up to them. Classes from beginning to advanced available for all ages, and taught by a very patient and supportive staff.
