Part store, part cafe, part music venue, Floyd Country Store has established itself as a haven for anyone with a love of authentic Appalachian music: musicians, dancers, and visitors alike. The Friday Night Jamboree provides a focus for musicians from across the region, with bands on stage and informal gatherings along the street and parking lots outside. At other times of the week there are concerts, Americana Afternoons, Sunday Music Jams and Old-Time Dances. It's a wonderful experience, highly recommended.
