Brackenridge Park - San Antonio, Texas

Located on the San Antonio River within the San Antonio city limits, Brackenridge Park consists of over 300 acres of recreational options, including hiking, biking and swimming. The park is also home to the San Antonio Zoo, The Japanese Tea Garden and the Sunken Garden Theater. The Japanese Tea Garden is located at the remnants of the historic Alamo Portland and Roman Cement Works. The park features several intriguing faux bois structures like the Rodriguez Bridge.

San Antonio city parks are open 5 AM to 11 PM. Alcohol is prohibited in Brackenridge and some other parks.
