Area 51 Travel Center - Amargosa Valley, Nevada

The Area 51 Travel Center is probably one of the most unique truck stops you will encounter. Besides the alien themed mini mart, they have Daddy D's Rocket Diner (a 50s styled diner), and a brothel out back. Keeping with the alien decor, the brothel is science fiction themed as well. Inside the store, one can find all manner of UFO related souvenirs. Dennis Hof is the owner and it is rumored that Heidi Fleiss played a role in decorating the property.

The gas station and store are open 24 hours. The diner is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The store and diner are family friendly. Alamo Fireworks is located in the same lot. The giant structure in front of the building bills itself as the World's largest firecracker. Just north of the brothel is the Armagosa Valley Rest Area, which is kept clean and tidy for visitors.
