Candler Field Museum - Williamson, Georgia

The Candler Field Museum is a work in progress which, when completed, will be a replica of the original Atlanta Airport in the 1920's, and 1930's. Even though it is far from complete, it is well worth a visit to see the vintage airplanes and cars inside an American Airways Hangar. Events are held periodically and byplane rides are available on advance notice. Barnstormers Grill is adjacent to the hangar. It is also authentic and features great food and beverage.
