The Sponsor of this promotion, hereinafter "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away," is Flattop Productions, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada, 89123 d/b/a RoadTripAmerica.com.

To enter, fill out and submit the online form. This contest begins at 12:00 am (PDT) on Tuesday, March 20, 2009 and ends on Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 12:00 am (PDT). All entrants must provide a valid e-mail address, as the Sponsor uses a double opt-in system. Limit one entry per household and/or unique e-mail address per contest period. For the purposes of this contest, the contest period is defined as the twenty-two days specified in the rules, and a day is a 24-hour period from midnight to midnight, Pacific Daylight Time. If multiple entries are received from any person, street address or e-mail address during that contest period as defined above, then all related entries to the person entering too often will be disqualified. No entries will be accepted through any medium other than the online form. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Eligibility
This "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" is open to all legal residents of the United States who reside in the U.S. and who are 18 years or older as of March 5, 2009. Employees of RoadTripAmerica.com and their affiliates and their respective household members and immediate families are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law. "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept that the decisions of The Sponsor are final. Entry constitutes granting the Sponsors permission to use the winner's name and any statements about the "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" for publication purposes without any additional compensation where permitted by law.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will receive one (1) set of one of the following book & product packages:

Package #1:
Rand McNally 2009 Deluxe Motor Carriers Road Atlas (RTA's #1 pick for road atlases)

A total of three (3) Prize Packages will be awarded. Total Approximate Retail Value of each of the Prize Packages: $75.

The winners will be awarded by a random drawing from the entries submitted by the deadline. The random drawing performed by RoadTripAmerica.com is final and non-negotiable. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. 'Authorized account holder' is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The decisions of RoadTripAmerica.com in general are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. Entries are the property of RoadTripAmerica.com and will not be returned. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Only one entry per e-mail address and/or person will be included in the drawing.

RoadTripAmerica.com reserves the right to determine the method of notification, and that method shall be restricted to e-mail only. Once the winning entry has been determined, by random selection, a representative of RoadTripAmerica.com shall contact the winner within five days and confirm the mailing address that the prize is to be sent to. The prize will be sent directly by Amazon.com.

Winners will be given seven days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified time will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. RoadTripAmerica.com may use the name of any of the winners on the website as a condition of winning a prize. The Sponsor will have ten business days in which to ship The Prize to the winner. The Sponsor will pay normal surface shipping costs with the carrier of The Sponsor's choice to a single destination within the 48 contiguous US states.

No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the prize is permitted. The Winner is solely responsible for payment of taxes on the prize and for any other expenses related to the use of the prize.

No other prizes, compensation, or payments will be awarded in conjunction with this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away." The Sponsor reserves all rights in awarding of the prizes.

General Conditions
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of The Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away." This "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. All federal and state taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All prizes will be awarded and winner will be notified via email within five business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsors, RoadTripAmerica.com and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" or any prize won.

Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes may not be awarded, depending on the decision of the Sponsor. Except where legally prohibited, winning any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the Winners' name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast media or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by them, without further compensation in connection with this contest or the prize awarded.

Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for (i) printing or typographical errors in any "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away"-related material, (ii) stolen, incomplete, lost, network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission; (iii) or any combination thereof. The Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials from this promotion.

In the event of a dispute regarding any email entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry (i.e. the person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address).

If, for any reason, the "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of The Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of The Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Internet portion of this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away," The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" or any drawing(s) and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" will be ineligible for the prize and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for any schedule changes in the "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away," timeline, including without limitation, scheduling conflicts, labor strikes, Acts of God, and other unforeseen events that disrupt the Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away, schedule.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction
All issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or The Sponsor in connection with the "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the state of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state's laws. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Each person who participates in the "Spring Break: RoadTrip - March 31st Give Away" irrevocably agrees that the state and federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any suit or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this agreement, and each hereby waives any that it is not subject personally to the jurisdiction of said courts or that any such suit or other proceeding is brought in an inconvenient format or improper venue.

No hard copy of the official rules or winner's list will be made available.
