It's a bull blinder!

Believe it or not, this is a blinder that straps onto a bull's head. The metal cups that go over the eyes have narrow slits at the bottom that allow the bull to see the ground. The harness is used on bulls who reside in pastures where pedestrians have a right of way. According to Diane Hall of Rimrock, Arizona, who owns this remarkable gizmo, the bull won't charge what it can't see.
