 Julie Newman's Artichoke Frittata

A great recipe for a crowd-pleasing brunch entree!

3 cloves of garlic
5 or 6 green onions
butter
5 eggs, lightly beaten
5 or 6 crumbled soda crackers
1 or 2 drops of Tabasco sauce
1 jar of marinated artichoke hearts
1½ cup grated cheese
salt and pepper

Mince garlic, chop green onions and saute them together in butter. Beat all ingredients together and pour into a lightly greased 8-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
