One any kind white or yellow cake mix...2 layer kind (the cheaper the better)
½ cup oil
2 eggs ( or egg subsitute)
a little water (you need 1 cup total liquid...use water to make it come to that point)
½ of a 12-ounce bag of chocolate chips (any kind work well...I like mini chips best)

Mix this all together and drop by rounded teaspoon fulls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Cookies should be white on top and slightly browned at the edges. Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes and lift carefully onto a wire rack to cool completely.
