bursting through a real-life water tank is located

in acrylics in 2003. Notice how the water appears
to be splashing out of the water tank. Local artist

Craftsmen Guild. Ms. Rusinko has been a muralist since
the 1980s and has been creating larger-than-life works
in public settings for the last six years.
