Richard Zeigler is an amateur muralist and master shoe repairman at the Arctic Treasures store in Anchorage. He has run for mayor and documents examples of urban wildlife (e.g. street hoodlums) in Anchorage in video clips he posts on YouTube.com. This mural depicting some jolly walruses is one of several Alaskan scenes on the exterior walls of the David Green Master Furrier building in downtown Anchorage.
