    Default Moving with PETS

Moving with pets can be difficult. However, preparing before you go can make the trip less stressful.

___*Make sure you get your pet's vet records.
If your pet takes any meds, make sure they are filled.

___*Pack: an extra leash, food, bottled water, towels, baby wipes, garbage bags, treats and toys where they can be easily accessed.

___*Make sure your pet has adequate room to move and sleep while traveling.

___*Prepare ahead: Call ahead and make hotel reservations, also get a list of pet friendly parks to stop along the way and stretch.

Also, when traveling be aware of your pet's disposition, other pets you may encounter that may be aggressive, and unsafe areas/dangers when walking your pet (always walk in well lit areas at night- carry a flash light).
