Hi all,

August / September last year this forum was of great help when planning my west coast trip, which are absolutely brilliant and ran like clockwork! So here I am again...

We want to make a trip to Canada and while on the trip drop into Chicago as well. Looking at September time.

Key sights are:

Montreal, Toronto, Niagara Falls, Algonquin Provincial Park (lots of canoeing), Thousand Islands and Chicago

I have done a quick route on google maps of;

Montreal - Algonquin - Toronto - Somewhere to break up this drive?? - Chicago - Again somewhere to break up the drive, might head round the USA side of Lake Erie so we arent going back on our tracks - Thousand Islands - Montreal

Very much in the 'throwing ideas out there' stage at the moment so am open to any suggestions/improvements?

Thanks in advance :)
