    Default A Few Good Ones

Welcome aboard the RoadTrip America Forums!

If time really isn't a concern there are several great scenic roads that you can string together to make a very enjoyable drive. First just head for southwestern Louisiana and explore a bit of the Creole Nature Trail ending up around Lake Charles. Then use US-165 to Alexandria and LA-28/US-84 to Natchez and the Natchez Trace Parkway all the way up into southern Tennessee. Take US-64 across Tennessee, using I-24/I-75 through Chattanooga to Athens TN and US-411/US-321 into Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
