That is exactly what I am doing at the moment. Even though I am only a fraction into my trip, several changes have had to be made, and others were made, purely because I saw something, and stopped much longer than anticipated. Miles per day have had to be adjusted, as has route and stops.

In the end, it's My Trip, My Way.

by the way, where can i find the write ups you guys do for your trips? i thought if found the "field reports" thread but i only see about 8-10 threads, which seems super low compared to the threads and stories i've read about.
