Welcome aboard the RoadTrip America Forums!

The "most convenient and best way" depends on your personal definition of 'convenient' and 'best'. The only generic route I can point out is the "most efficient" which gets you there in the least amount of time. That route is to take the NY State Thruway down to the Garden State Parkway, then switch over to the New Jersey Turnpike to I-95 in Delaware. Continue on that down to Dillon, SC and take US-301/501 into Myrtle Beach. If considerations such as scenery, tolls, congestion, etc. figure into your definitions of 'convenient' or 'best', then you'll have to address explicitly what you want in a road.
