    Default Baltimore to Cleveland

I'm going for a wedding in Cleveland and I was wondering what are some good places to see on the way there. I'll be traveling along 70 Interstate and I won't have much time for detours (two days, one going there and one back) so I prefer if the places are not too far from my main road.

Any good places to eat ? Anything interesting to see?

    Thanks.

I-70 gets you to the outskirts of Pittsburgh, which would be a good place to stop for lunch, depending on when you are heading through.

From there, do you have any plans about what your route is going to be? Baltimore to Cleveland isn't a super-long drive, less than 400 miles so about 8 hours. I was just in the Cleveland area a few weeks ago and found a nice retreat from the city in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Perhaps on the way back you could take a scenic drive through the Park and then head South towards I-76 to I-70 then come through the woods of Maryland on I-68, which heads through some very nice country. It will take longer, but I think you'll enjoy the ride more as you'll get to mix it up a bit from the trip out.

I'm going straight to Cleveland. Bing maps suggest I70 to I80.
If been on I68 before, I'll consider that. Is there anything interesting down along I77 ?
Maybe I can go I77 to I70 ? I want to see more of Ohio, not only PA.

    Default What's in between?

Which route is it suggesting in between? I checked it out and it showed I-76. Anyway, going over to I-77 off from I-70 is going to add about 1.5 hours to your travel time. One of the sites along I-77 is the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, which is right off the highway. I-77 also runs alongside the aforementioned Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

Are there any particular things that you are looking for, besides "something interesting?", such as natural sites or historic structures, etc?
