Only Stopping for Gas and Bathroom Breaks
We are taking a trip this weekend to Minnesota, about a 10 hour drive from Oklahoma. We are driving straight through and only stopping for gas and to use the restroom. We are taking along an ice chest in the truck, which we will put sandwhich stuff in, fruit and vegetables as well as snacks. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else other than sandwhiches we could take for meals, as we are not stopping to eat and will not stop to cook something.

One thing I like to have along is some fried chicken. If the skin is nice and crispy, it will hold up in the cooler and be a good snack or lunch to eat along the drive, but I'd make it a point to take a break to enjoy it (I'm not a huge fan of eating in the car).
