    Default Baseball roadtrips

A happy new member on RTA here, hoping I can share something that will help out anyone planning taking a baseball roadtrip this summer.

I've been working on a site - Baseball Trip Planner - that plans out baseball road trip schedules with stops at Major League ballparks. I see there's a lot of helpful roadtrip tips on RTA and I hope my site can help someone's itinerary come together.

    Check it out at http://www.baseballtripplanner.com

Any and all feedback is welcome!

    Welcome to the RTA Forum!

That's a pretty neat tool you've developed. It is nice to have a one stop resource to have the 3-day schedule and mapping information all together on one page, and your addition of ticketing (both official and stubhub) and motel searches is quite handy. I'd say the one thing that it seems to be missing based on just a very quick survey of the site is that you don't have any way to put in your starting/ending points.

If you wanted to develop it even more, I'd try to incorporate the minor league schedule into it, but I imagine that would start getting quite a bit more complex.

Default Chris's Classic is out as well

Chris Epting's Roadside Baseball has been re-issued with a second edition and it's a darn good guide for anyone with a hankering to see the places of baseball history. Here's our review.

Indeed, that would be excellent (and complicated). I'm planning a trip to the south in 2010 and I'd love to see it provide info for Southern League games, South Atlantic League, Appalachian League, etc.
