  1. Default Portland Oregon Accomodations

My son and I are doing a road trip this spring through Oregon. I have most of the details worked out as far as accomodations from the southern part of Oregon to the northern part. Anybody have any suggestions for some good accomodations in Portland? We plan to spend three days there and I'd like a decent place to stay that won't drain my wallet. We will be seeing the usual tourist sights, the Grotto, Japanese Gardens, zoo, etc.
    Any suggestions are appreciated.

Websites like Virtual Tourist or Trip Advisor are probably better matches for finding tips about lodging choices -- Welcome back! I wondered what you found on last summer's road trip regarding the fire work displays on the coast? I can recommend that you check out the Grand Central Baking company -- it is owned by family and you should tell them you were referred by RTA!
