      No, your eyes are not playing tricks on you. That really is a 20-foot tall stone jack-o-lantern glaring at you from a hilltop. Its face is painted onto an amazingly round boulder, and whenever it gets covered with graffiti, someone comes along and repaints its face. It's a strenuous hike up the hill to get a good view of it, but that's part of the fun. In fact, the surrounding hills are full of hiking trails worth exploring, and Pumpkin Rock is just the icing on the cake. The area is also popular for mountain biking and horseback riding -- Norco is known as Horsetown USA.
