      Originally created as a place to gather in celebration during the 1996 Olympic Games, this large park has now become a hub of Downtown Atlanta, surrounded by many of the city's other top attractions.

      If you go:
      Highlights of the park include the Olympic Fountain, The world's largest interactive fountain that is set to music 4 times a day, and the 4 quilts which honor the Olympians, the people who helped bring the games to Atlanta, as well as the victims of the bombing that took place here during the games.
